Well, today I finally realized one of my dreams to record a hip hop track.  I have always had a love for hip hop since I was in Jr. High.  It all started when my friend Kyle gave me a Leaders of the New School tape for my 14th birthday.  We used to freestyle in his bedroom to beat records.  I skipped school in 10th grade to go buy the Snoop Dog album.  That rocked my world until my mom found out about my Dr. Dre and Snoop collection.  I then turned to Christian rap and found comfort in DC Talk, ETW, and later Grits..   We were hanging at Baileys house today and started joking about laying down some beats.  30 minutes later we had “God Thing”.  I wrote the lyrics on the spot as you can probably tell when you listen to the track.  Watch out LaCray, I think you might want to use this for your next single.  Have a listen below.  Thanks for stopping by.
